This property has been professionally decorated and features upgraded mattresses, linens, a fully stocked kitchen which features upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Connected to the living area, there is an ocean view terrace with a small private dipping pool.
Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100 acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, Limonada restaurant, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, café, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, creamer, soaps, shampoo, and even a welcome basket to make you feel right at home! Maid service is available once per 7 night stay, or may be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. Beach Club access (Pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant service) is available for $15 per person, per day and may be purchased at the concierge desk of Las Catalinas.

Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
