Meet Rebecca Clower, Founder of Blue Water Properties

Blue Water Properties is owned by Rebecca Clower, a dual citizen of Costa Rica and the United States. Rebecca’s career in real estate began with an unexpected start; shortly after college, she bought her first home. What started as a passion quickly evolved into a profession as she sought to educate herself in creative financing, real estate flipping, and construction – to name a few. In 2006, Rebecca relocated to Guanacaste where she spent an immersive year learning the local market and thereby founded Blue Waters Properties.

Rebecca is the proud former president of the Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS® (CRGAR). Previously, she ran a highly successful tour and vacation rental company under the Blue Water Group umbrella.

Giving Back

As a company and as individuals, at Blue Water Properties, we are dedicated to giving back. Did you know that every year, Blue Water Properties builds a home for a family in need? The program was once known as #aHomeForSilvia, our first home recipient, but has since grown to benefit several families in our community and has become an annual tradition.

We also support a number of other projects in our community. Every year, all year long, we put our time and our money behind our hearts and our mouths. We volunteer, we donate, and we support.
