We are lucky to call Costa Rica home! I have been coming to Costa Rica since 1978 and have seen the amazing changes over the years. While for us, Costa Rica is a magical place, we also realize there are many people who are less fortunate and need our help and support. We believe that nothing speaks louder than #givingback

Our biggest undertaking, and now an annual project, is building a home once per year for a family that doesn’t have one. #aHomeForSilvia was an ambitious project which came to fruition and inspired the team at Blue Water Properties to make this an annual event. Because of our generous clients, employees and friends, we were able to make this dream a reality for one deserving family.

We believe that bilingual and bicultural education is a key to a meaningful and successful life. We have supported the La Paz School over the years with their scholarship program.

We are proud to sponsor student Athletes in our public schools. Our latest sponsorship of the uniforms for the students of the Cartagena School who are headed to the Central American Games in San Jose! Vamos Cartagena!
