Wendy was born and raised in the Prairies of Saskatchewan Canada, eventually moving her family to Alberta Canada where she raised her own family for 17 years.

Her story is a classic that is heard often here in Costa Rica. Wendy came for a vacation seven years ago and instantly fell in love with the People of Guanacaste, the culture, and the beautiful weather. Investing in her first property that trip and building her home, was a dream come true. That journey continues with her second investment in land and construction of her second home.

From mentoring Business Administration and Commerce degree Students at the University of Calgary. Wendy has always had a strong grasp of the business side of negotiating and management, working all over the globe with such companies as the Walt Disney Company and IKEA,
