Karla was born in San Jose and grew up in the lush and beautiful southern region of Costa Rica. She moved to Guanacaste over two decades ago and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Preschool education. And even then, her story was just beginning…
After she finished school, Karla moved to Switzerland for a year, followed by two years in the United States. As she worked as a kindergarten assistant and au pair, Karla also cultivated a joy for working with and helping people. After returning to Costa Rica, she launched a Costa Rican babysitting service and, more recently, worked in sales for a local travel agency.
Now at Blue Water Properties, Karla has embraced her passion for customer service and her gift for helping both buyers and sellers in the Guanacaste market. She prides herself on her respect for others and earning – and deserving – her clients’ trust. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her running along the beach!
