Born and raised in Nosara, Costa Rica, Julián Monge is a strong proponent of diligence and work-life balance: He’s been in real estate and real estate marketing for years – and he’s currently pursuing a university degree in Business Intelligence and Information Management – but he also makes time to enjoy life. When he’s not in the office or studying, Julián is most likely out surfing, hiking, discovering a new beach, or exploring mountain forests.
With his background in marketing, data analysis, and technology-driven tools, Julián represents a new wave of real estate agent: He communicates well through digital formats and pioneers positive results through this channel that is now so important in our world of remote communication. He also uses the newest technologies at our disposal to analyze properties and opportunities in the region.
