Born in beautiful Buenos Aires, Facundo Benito enjoyed a decade in hospitality (in both Argentina and New York) and five years as a realtor before coming to Costa Rica. This blend of experience and cultural understanding sparked his passion to help and guide people with authenticity, transparency, and accuracy, be it through hospitality or real estate.
In 2009, Facundo moved to Costa Rica to seek a better quality of life. His local career launched at Tamarindo News, where he developed an extensive network and understanding of Costa Rica and especially our North-Western coastline. Today, Facundo translates his local expertise to help his clients get to know the beautiful region of Guanacaste.
Facundo is easy-going but passionate. He believes in transparency and accuracy of information, and freely shares what he knows about relocating, acclimating to, and living in Costa Rica. He loves being part of the team at Blue Water Properties.
