Ericka Villalobos was born and raised in the beautiful tourist destination of Arenal, Costa Rica. At just 18, she followed a dream to live in the United States and enrolled in International Relations at Rockville University in New York. She also worked as a property manager in the Hamptons, igniting a passion for property that would stick with her for a lifetime.
After graduation, Ericka obtained her real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Shortly after, she moved back to the coastal area of Costa Rica, where she found the perfect hybrid of real estate and international relations by managing and administering properties. More recently, Ericka acquired Costa Rican real estate certificates, including CRGAR and NAR.
Ericka is fluent in three languages: Spanish, English, and Italian. She and her husband are owners of the sought-after tourist destination, Castillo De Milo, an iconic dining experience in Playa Potrero. Whether you’re looking for a permanent home or selling property, Ericka’s passion is to help you achieve your dreams.
