Originally from San José, Dialan moved to Guanacaste after university. Here, her knowledge, welcoming disposition, and attention to detail opened the door to marketing and the hospitality industry, which in turn helped her discover a passion for helping people from around the world feel at home, while showing them the extraordinarily easy lifestyle that comes with life in Costa Rica.

Since receiving her real estate credentials in 2007, Dialan has chosen to work with developers at high-end real estate projects in the area of Playas del Coco, Flamingo, and Langosta beaches. She excels at understanding client needs, delivering accuracy, and providing on-going and timely assistance based on honest communication and detailed coordination, thus ensuring your transition to Costa Rica runs smoothly.
