Born in a small, rural town at the base of Mt. Rainer, WA, Dawn grew up and into both the real estate industry and the beach life: Her mother was somewhat of a legend in local real estate (and now, a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame) and her parents, both pilots, owned an FBO Executive airport. Throughout her childhood, Dawn lived the beach life in Hawaii, California, and Florida.
After graduating from the University of Hawaii and spending years in the television, film, and modeling industries, she moved first to the beaches of Southern California before ending up in Las Vegas, where she launched her real estate career and started her own brokerage in 1994. She quickly discovered that she had a passion not only for real estate, but also for the deep connections she made and the people she could help.
Today, Dawn has cultivated more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales. She revels in the outdoor, tropical beach lifestyle and takes advantage of any free time to mountain bike (on average, 20 kms daily!), walk the beach, visit her horses, and enjoy quality time with friends and family. Her favorite thing about calling Costa Rica home? Access to the beach and spectacular sunsets!
