Born and raised in the San José suburb of Desamparados, Daniel Fallas Naranjo has long had two passions: an active lifestyle and engineering & construction. One preceded the other, but not by much!
Throughout his wonderful childhood, Daniel spent his days playing soccer, adventuring with friends and family, and visiting his grandparents in the cool highlands of La Zona de los Santos – the so-called “Saints” region of Costa Rica, as so many towns are named for Catholic saints! He later spent time in the United States, where he attended graduate school and, eventually, led residential and commercial construction projects of up to 220,000 square feet and 25 stories tall, totaling $75 million!
Now back in Costa Rica, Daniel makes his home in Playas del Coco, where he actively pursues many of his lifelong joys – soccer, hiking, and now, surfing! – while building his career at Blue Water Properties. In addition to sharing his deep expertise in construction and architecture, Daniel loves investing in his client relationships, engaging with people, and earning your trust to develop his business.
