This is a luxurious residence in every respect. The furnishings and décor are tasteful and of high quality. The Venetian-stucco walls, teak moldings and doors, cast stone floors, and ceilings planked in tropical hardwoods combine to fashion a wonderfully warm and welcoming vacation home.
Our building, La Esquina, is an intimate, 10-unit complex, showcasing Moroccan architecture, Mediterranean stucco, and columns, arches, tile, stonework, and carved teak beams throughout. The gardens are professionally landscaped and maintained and are alive with tropical flowers, plants, and trees.
La Esquina caters to guests who want to spend a relaxing vacation without having to deal with being amongst the 'party' although that is only a mile down the road if you want more 'action'
La Esquina #7 has a kitchen that is a chef's delight. It features granite countertops, hardwood cabinets with pebble-glass doors, modern stainless-steel appliances, a 3-stage water filter, a garbage disposal, a very full complement of countertop electric appliances, and complete sets of matching kitchenware, cutlery, serving ware, glassware, silverware, and dining ware.
The pool is just steps from the private, shaded porch.
The rooftop patio provides 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the green hills of Costa Rica. It's the perfect place for sunbathing, napping, watching sunsets, and star-gazing. And yes, you can actually see the legendary Southern Cross constellation from the rooftop!
The entire complex, including the large parking area, is walled, gated, and guarded.
La Esquina 7 has its own wireless, high-speed Internet. No shared bandwidth.
The washer and dryer in the condo are for the sole use of the guests of La Esquina 7.
You'll find nothing but fresh, cool air, thanks to the central a/c and eight ceiling fans. La Esquina 7 has been strictly non-smoking from day one, so the air is clean and pure.
The condo is located only one mile from the renowned shopping and restaurants of Tamarindo, a town that is described by.residents as having the widest selection of restaurants in Costa Rica, other than in the capital itself.

Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.

50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it on the actual day of check in for the amount of $500-2500 depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.
