Rebecca Clower
Broker/Owner
was born in
Chicago, grew up
in Buffalo, NY
and graduated
from Arizona
State
University.
Rebecca is
fluent in
Spanish, thanks
to her mother
who is "Tica";
she also studied
Spanish in Costa
Rica before
college. Rebecca
is a Licensed
Real Estate
Agent (Florida,
USA),
International
Investor, and
legal Permanent
Resident of
Costa Rica.
After selling
millions of
dollars in real
estate and
becoming a
successful real
estate investor
in Florida, she
has now
relocated to
Costa Rica to
continue
practicing her
love for real
estate sales/
investing and to
be closer to her
family. She
worked as a
successful agent
with Remax in
Costa Rica
before starting
her own Real
Estate firm
alongside her
husband Keith
Clower Becky and
Keith live near
Playa Conchal
with their two
young sons Kian
(2 years) and
Elijah (3
months).

Keith
Clower
Owner Keith was
born and raised in
Tampa, FL. After high
school Keith was an
electrical apprentice
and and then worked as
an estimator/project
manager for Professional
Electric Construction
Inc. Keith then decided
to change careers and
attended The University
of South Florida before
moving to Eindhoven, The
Netherlands to attend
The Hogeschool Eindhoven
where he graduated with
a degree in Physical
Therapy.
Keith is Licensed to
practice with the State
of Florida and owned a
private practice in
Tampa. Keith also worked
in real estate
investing, along with
his wife Rebecca,
through their former
company, KRC
Development, Inc.
Alongside his wife,
Becky, Keith now runs
Blue Water Properties--a
successful Real Estate

fine condos and homes in
this area of Guanacaste.
Jose
Maria Aguero
Real estate
specialist
Born in Costa Rica, Jose
Ma. Aguero grew up in a
ranch near Liberia,
Guanacaste. Graduated
with honors in Crop
Science and Agricultural
Engineering at the
University of Costa
Rica, he developed and
managed many farm
projects in irrigation,
precision leveling,
precision agriculture in
Costa Rica, Panama and
Uganda (East Africa). He
is also an incorporated
Environmental Expert
registered before the
SETENA.
Jose also established a
successful dealership
for GPS and precision
farming software for
Latin America for
FarmWorks Inc from
Indiana, with sales from
Guatemala and Puerto
Rico to Paraguay in
South America. His sales
expertise allowed him to
join successfully the
real estate business
with Re/Max in Tamarindo,
where he became one the
two best selling agents
for 2007.
His knowledge of land
and project development,
environmental
regulations, local
resources and people
makes him the ideal
person to contact when
looking for investment
projects.
He is married to wife
Laura since 1980 and has
three children.
Gabriel
Araya
Real
estate
specialist
Born and raised in Costa
Rica Gabriel attended
school in the USA.
After graduating from
Stetson, he returned to
Costa Rica and began
working in Sales; he
worked selling a variety
of products and
eventually found his
niche in Real Estate.
Gabriel moved to
Guanacaste to pursue his
new line of work and
also met his wife while
residing in the area.
His Real Estate
adventure began in 2005,
when he joined Reserva
Conchal as the Sales
Manager where he worked
until September of
2009. Being involved in
sales totaling over $80
million, Gabriel has
great experience and as
a native Costa Rican he
has the local knowledge
necessary when investing
in Costa Rica. The
overall sales experience
is even more relevant by
the knowledge gained
when he visited and
explored Real Estate
markets in America,
Europe and Asia. Even
though Gabriel is new in
the Blue Water
Properties Team he knows
the philosophy of the
company, as he had
previously worked
together with other Blue
Water Agents and clients
while at Reserva Conchal.
Yira
Vasquez
Office Manager Office
Manager Yira
(gee-rah) Vasquez is a native Costa
Rican born in Liberia,
Guanacaste and raised in
Santa Rosa (a small town
outside of nearby Tamarindo).
Yira attended the National
University in Heredia (San
Jose) and studied to be an
English teacher. However,
Yira decided her love was to
learn English and not teach
it to others. Yira worked
with various companies in
the area and has extensive
knowledge of property
management, accounting, and
guest services. Yira is our
bilingual office manager,
with emphasis on the
property management side,
and prides herself in great
customer service.
