providence of Guanacaste on the Nicoya peninsula in Costa Rica. The

tourist town of Flamingo with it’s soon to be new marina. Flamingo

fruit trees producing oranges, limes, plantains, bananas, coconuts,
star fruit and more. A new sprinkler system has been installed.
Beachside of the house has a beautiful pool, a rancho with a full
kitchen. Included in the rancho are a sink, refrigerator, BBQ, gas
