beaches, easily available. Nature lovers
and outdoor types will LOVE this area.
The property is only a two minute drive
to Playa Conchal (a 10 minute walk to
the beach, or 6/10 of a mile), three
minutes to Playa Real (Pirate's Bay), 10
minutes to Brasilito Beach, 20 minutes
from Playa Tamarindo, 12 minutes to
Playa Grande and 15 minutes to Playa
Flamingo.

This home features a total of 3 bedrooms
and 2 baths. On the first floor you will
find one bedroom, one full bath, the
kitchen and living areas. The second
floor has two additional bedrooms and
one full bathroom. There is also a door
that leads up to your 3rd story lookout
to the Pacific Ocean! A laundry room
with washer and dryer is accessible
through the downstairs bathroom. The
kitchen is fully stocked and has coffee
maker, blender, toaster and all cooking
utensils. There is a great private pool
with waterfall feature, Palapa/rancho
area, and one car carport. There is air
conditioning throughout the house with
linens provided. There is an in-room
safe for your added security. The
community flora abounds with ginger,
banana trees, various palms, bamboo, and
many other tropical varieties which
attract the humming birds, butterflies,
monkeys, and parrots.
The property is located in Montanas de
Conchal secure community at the south
end of Conchal Beach, which offers 24
hour caretaker and guard service. Maid
service provided 2x per week. Daily maid
service available for an additional fee.
Free satellite TV and high speed WiFi
(bring your own laptop). The property
managers live in the same community and
are here should you need anything during
your stay.
We are happy to arrange for your
personal, private pick up from the
Liberia or San Jose International
Airports. Please inquire for rates. We
also can book all of your rental car and
tour needs at discounted prices! A
rental car or private transport is
necessary for our area since public
transportation is located 2 miles away
in the neighboring town of Matapalo.
