Nestled on a tropical ocean view lot, this home,
recently completed in 2008 offers the usual amenities coupled
with privacy, convenience and the luxury of enjoying a variety
of beaches. This central location, located five minutes from the
town of Matapalo, allows you to enjoy all the different beaches,
all the restaurants and all the activities. Nature lovers and
outdoor types will LOVE this area. The property is only a two
minute drive to Playa Conchal (a 12 minute walk to the beach, or
7/10 of a mile), three minutes to Playa Real (Pirate's Bay), 10
minutes to Brasilito Beach, 20 minutes from Playa Tamarindo, 12
minutes to Playa Grande and 15 minutes to Playa Flamingo.
This quality Mediterranean-style contemporary home features two
bedrooms, two baths, family room with TV, dining room, fully
equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer in the main
home. There is also a one bedroom, one bath fully equipped
attached apartment with separate entrance. This is a great setup
for families or couples traveling together. Kitchens are fully
equipped and feature all new appliances, wood cabinets and
granite countertops. Outdoor BBQ gas grill. Air conditioning
throughout. Linens provided. Three balconies overlooking the
Pacific Ocean (views of Playa Flamingo and Conchal). One car
garage, security alarm and in room safe for your added security.
There is a private pool as well. The gardens abound with ginger,
banana trees, various palms, bamboo, and many other tropical
varieties which attract the humming birds, butterflies, monkeys,
and parrots. This is a great retreat, in a very quiet area, that
will give you a true Costa Rican vacation. There are so many
beautiful beaches to explore in this area and plenty of outdoor
activities to participate in just minutes from the house.
The property is located in Montanas de Conchal secure community
at the south end of Conchal Beach, which offers 24 hour
caretaker and guard service. Gardener on site. Daily maid
service available for an additional $10 per day. Free satellite
TV, free high speed WiFi (bring your own laptop).

the Liberia or San Jose International Airports. Please inquire
for rates. We also can book all of your rental car and tour
needs at discounted prices! A rental car or private transport is
recommended for our area since public transportation is located
2 miles away in the neighboring town of Matapalo.
