High Season (Dec 15 to April 30): $1,800 per week or $300 per night (4 night minimum)

Green Season I (May 1 to Aug 30): $1,600 per week or $250 per night (4 night minimum)

Green Season II (Sep 1 to Dec 14): $1,200 per week or $200 per night (3 night minimum)

Holiday Weeks (Easter, New Years, Christmas): $3,000 per week (ONE week minimum)
